💾 BACKUP in TallyPrime (Data Safe Karna)

🔹 Why Backup?

👉 System crash, virus, ya mistake se data loss na ho — isliye backup zaroori hai

🔹 Steps to Take Backup

  1. Open TallyPrime
  2. Press Alt + Y (Data Menu)
  3. Click on Backup

🔹 Fill Details

  • Source (Data Folder)
    👉 Default: C:\TallyPrime\Data
  • Destination (Backup Location)
    👉 Example:
    • D:\Backup
    • E:\ (Pen Drive)
  • Select Company → Choose your company

🔹 Final Step

  • Press Enter
  • ✅ Backup created successfully

📂 RESTORE in TallyPrime (Data Wapas Lana)

🔹 When to Restore?

👉 Jab:

  • System format ho gaya ho
  • Data delete ho gaya ho
  • Dusre computer me data lana ho

🔹 Steps to Restore

  1. Open TallyPrime
  2. Press Alt + Y (Data Menu)
  3. Click on Restore

🔹 Fill Details

  • Source
    👉 Jaha backup file rakha hai (Example: D:\Backup / Pen Drive)
  • Destination
    👉 Tally data folder (Default: C:\TallyPrime\Data)
  • Select company

🔹 Final Step

  • Press Enter
  • ✅ Company restored successfully
