Tally allows different pricing structure for the same item depending on their quantity of purchase or sale

Activation of Price List

·         Gateway of Tally>F11>Inventory Feature>Set Option use multiple price Level to ‘Yes’

·         Type the different Price Levels-Retail Sales, Wholesale Sales

Press Enter & Accept the Screen & Press Esc & Return to Gateway of Tally

·         Gateway of Tally> Inventory Info. > Price list>Stock Group

Enter the Quantity, Rate and the Discount % for the respective items. Now the customer ledger accounts have to be altered in the relevant price level

Press Enter & Accept the Screen & Return to Gateway of Tally

Create a Sales Voucher Using Price Level

Gateway of Tally> Accounting Voucher>Press F8: Sales
